We should not fear others in the organization.

Is leadership about relationship? Yes, obviously.  Well its isn’t always so clear to some people in charge.  I would make the distinction between leaders and people in authority positions.   Members who feel safe know that they won’t be sacrificed to safe the numbers, and in-fact trust that the leader will sacrifice themselves to save members.  Members who feel safe PERFORM BETTER.  This goes for children also.  Teachers are leaders, parents are leaders.
